American Heart Association CPR / AED & First Aid Classes can be scheduled at your company or organization for groups of 8 or more people.  Please know that classes are taught be experienced corporate educators who enjoy teaching and working with associates and executives in a variety of environments.  The class format and components can be customized to meet your needs.

We work with companies, law firms, schools, manufacturing plants, and government agencies in the Greater Chicago area.  

Our standard classes for First Response Team Members include the classes below.  The two classes can be taught together or either one can be taught on it's own.  If requested, the Blood Borne Pathogen Component can be included as well. 


  • Heartsaver CPR & AED, teaches CPR, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO) to any responder.   This class is particularly designed for those who are expected to respond to emergencies in a workplace or school.  This class covers Adult, Child, and (optionally) Infant emergencies. (Two year certification issued upon successful completion) 

  • First Aid teaches first responders to effectively recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first minutes until EMS personnel arrive.  This course provides training on first aid, medical emergencies, injuries, and environmental emergencies.  (Two year certification issued upon successful completion)

  • Medical Emergencies
  • Heat & Cold Emergencies
