Heart Saver AED, a comprehensive course for the First Responder, is designed to teach CPR, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO) to all lay rescuers, particularly those who are expected to respond to emergencies in a workplace or school.  This class covers Adult, Child, and Infant emergencies. First Aid teaches first responders to effectively recognize and treat adult emergencies in the critical first minutes until EMS personnel arrive.  This course provides training on first aid, medical emergencies, injuries, and environmental emergencies. BLS for Healthcare Providers is designed to teach the skills of CPR  (including ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-valve mask device, and oxygen), use of an AED and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO).  (Two year certification issued upon completion)  BLS On-Line
Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) includes information that will help students understand risks of exposure and how to reduce them for themselves and others.  The program assists in satisfying the training requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor, OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard (29 CFR 1910.10.0) (One year certification issued upon completion)
Emergency Oxygen Administration focuses on rescue breathing and oxygen delivery devices.  Serious medical emergencies often cause oxygen to be depleted in the body; supplemental oxygen is a critical step in treating a severe or life-threatening illness or injury.
